Since starting Newman Replacement Windows in 1993, owners Duncan and Natalie Newman have created a window company with a difference, offering high quality products with professional in-house installation at a competitive price.

Duncan Newman, a British expatriate, moved to California in 1982, where he gained much experience in the construction and home remodeling industry, working in Rancho Santa Fe and Los Angeles. He also worked in Canada, New York and Spain. During that time, Newman recognized a need for a higher level of service and while working on a multi-million dollar project he was inspired to start his own construction company. He believed he could make a difference by offering an exceptional level of service to the average homeowner.

A few years later, Duncan met his future wife Natalie. Natalie, who was from England, was visiting family in California. Natalie also had ties to the construction business. Her family worked in the replacement window industry in the UK. Natalie also had her own business in the UK, where she gained valuable experience in business, marketing and accounting.

In 1993, the couple realized the potential for a replacement window business in the Golden State and Newman Replacement Windows was born.
