1. How long does it take to install?
In most cases each window can be installed in about one hour. Sliding glass doors usually take about three to four hours.

3. What is a retro-fit window?
A retro-fit window is a window that is custom made to fit into an existing opening, without causing stucco or drywall damage. It allows us to replace almost any window at a much lower cost than conventional methods would.



4. What is low-e glass?
Low-E glass, (short for Low emissivity) is a special glass option that can reduce approx. 85-90% of the harmful U.V. rays of the sun from entering your home. It also blocks 100% of the radiant heat that you want, from escaping.

5. Do you subcontract any of your work?
No. Newman Windows is proud of the fact that we have our own in-house stucco and drywall crews. This enables us to do more than the average window company.

6. Will there be any stucco or drywall damage?
No. If you are replacing your existing windows with retro-fit windows there is no need for any drywall or stucco damage.

7. Do windows come in any color?
Our vinyl windows are available in White, Desert Tan and Almond.  Fiberglass windows are available in many different colors. Aluminum windows are available in White, Anodized Bronze and Clear Anodized.

8. Can I buy one or two windows?
Yes. We will sell as few as one, or as many as you like.

9. Can you convert a window to a door/vice versa?
Yes. We are able to add a French Door, add a window, create a Bay or Bow Window, move a window or move a door.

10. Do you guarantee your work?
Most of the windows that we sell come with a full lifetime guarantee. Newman Windows also guarantees its labor to the original homeowner for as long as they own that home.

11.Will I save on my energy bill?
Each home is different, but yes you should see a reduction in your heating and cooling costs.

12. Do you offer financing?
Yes. We offer a variety of options for financing. We are currently offering six months same as cash.
