Duncan Newman, a British expatriate, moved to California in 1982, where he gained much experience in the construction and home remodeling industry, working in Rancho Santa Fe, Los Angeles, and New York. He also spent time abroad working in Canada and Spain. During that time, Duncan recognized a need for a higher level of service and while working on a multi-million dollar project he was inspired to start his own construction company. He believed he could make a difference by offering an exceptional level of service to the average homeowner. In 1993 he opened Newman Replacement Windows to create a window company with a difference, offering high-quality products with professional in-house installation at a competitive price.

Nick Newman, brother to Duncan, has worked at Newman Windows and Doors for over 25 years. Similar to Duncan he started off in sales and installation, giving him unparalleled experience to handle any issue.

Laura Vass has worked x number of years in the construction industry, from HVAC to Garage Door Installation. She is an integral part of our office operations and keeps a hands on approach with customer service to make sure all our customers are satisfied.

Jake Newman is young and energetic. In fact it is difficult to keep him at is desk which is why we have recently upgraded him to a robotic rolling desk that chases him around the office and warehouse.
