REST ASSURED

In light of recent events, we have implemented stricter health and safety procedures. Your safety and the safety of our team is of the utmost importance to us at this time. GET PREPARED

You can help the installation go more smoothly and quickly by following this checklist to prepare for your window or door installation. Our goal is to work swiftly and efficiently, leaving your home more beautiful than when we arrive.

INTERIOR

  • Remove window treatments (blinds, curtains, etc)
  • Move furniture away from the work area
  • Disarm and remove any window security alarms

EXTERIOR

  • Trim shrubs or trees so they can access the work area
  • Remove window boxes
  • Remove planters and make a walkway through flower beds

TWO UNIFORMED MEN IN WORK TRUCK

On the day of installation, you can expect two uniformed installers to arrive at the previously scheduled time and to be ready to get right to work. If there are issues and we are unable to be there on time, our team will call you ahead of time to work out a new plan.

When our certified installers arrive, they will layout the window job so you are aware of exactly what to expect. They will also inspect the area and let you know if there is anything they need from you before getting started.

Finally, before starting the installation process, our team will ensure that they have everything they need to complete the installation in a timely manner. They double-check the window size and style to minimize the possibility of any surprises or snags.

OPERATION INSTALLATION

Before begging the installation process, our installation experts will lay down drop cloths at the installation site. They will also gather all of the necessary tools and equipment, again, ensuring that they will be able to complete the installation before starting.

Once they remove your current window or door, the installers will do a thorough examination of the opening, looking for signs of rot or mildew. If anything is found, they will be sure to alert you before proceeding.

The final installation process will leave your home looking finished. The goal is to make it look as though the windows or doors, although brand new, blend with your home beautifully.

LEAVE IT AS GOOD – ACTUALLY, BETTER – THAN THEY FIND IT

Our installation experts bring dropcloths and vacuums so that when the installation process is complete, they can leave your home looking as lovely as it did when they arrived with the addition of beautiful new millwork.

Because we specialize in windows and doors, we are able to complete jobs quickly and with accuracy, giving us a clear advantage over our competitors.

For a free in-home discovery session, please give us a call. We would be delighted to go over all available options with you.
